GiveSurance is a new way to enable the supporters of non-profits to generate significant direct donations to benefit their favorite charities.  Last year an estimated $3 billion was spent by insurance companies in an effort to sway consumer preferences between brands. We are disrupting this broken model and are instead diverting the capital towards the causes that our customers want to support. If you are running a non-profit, we make it possible for your supporters to send you money and it doesn’t cost them anything.

Funds are generated from a percentage of commissions received by writing our client’s personal and commercial insurance policies. We work together with the management of leading non-profits to provide a significant new source of capital.

 

Here’s how we create a new revenue stream through insurance

Once we enter into a Charity Sponsorship Agreement with a designated 501c3, Charity Sponsor, the Charity Sponsor will leverage their capabilities to inform and communicate to their supporters about the value of Cause Insurance services through campaigns that we will help to setup and manage including:

 

• Direct marketing programs

• Websites & social networks (e.g. Facebook)

• Events: fundraisers, cocktail parties, or simple networking/gatherings

• Public relations and joint press releases

 

The switch can be as easy as a broker of record change

Once a client has designated GiveSurance as their broker for an insurance carrier and the Carrier has acknowledged this,GiveSurance will inform the client of his/her estimated support amount. Upon Cause receiving commission revenue, a donation check will be written to the Charity Sponsor –designating the client as the originator of the funds. It the case of any carrier that GiveSurance represents (see brands at bottom of the page) we can create new income with a simple Broker-of-Record change. In this case, they can choose to maintain the same terms, coverage and payments with a simple three-step registration process. Where we do not represent the client’s current provider directly, we will offer a detailed consultation and competitive new coverage proposal.

 

This support goes on year-after-year for as long as the client has a policy with GiveSurance.
